Return and Refund Process
Size and Personal Preference: We do not accept returns based on size issues, quality, or personal preferences. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.
Replacements: Replacements will be processed only after the item is inspected. An unboxing video is required to initiate a replacement.
1-Day Replacement Eligibility:
Incorrect or damaged items (verified with an unboxing video) are eligible for a replacement within 1 day.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-eligible items: Damaged by the customer, washed, or items without original packaging.
Return Fee: A flat fee of ₹100 applies to size-related returns.
Prepaid Orders:
Failed deliveries will be refunded as store credit, deducting shipping fees.
We are not responsible for overpayments to the courier without verifying COD amounts.
Returns and Refunds:
Returns are credited as store credit (discount code or gift card) for future use. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases like delayed or repeatedly incorrect deliveries, processed via UPI or Net Banking.
Requests outside the 1-day window will not be processed.
Return Process:
Start a return by providing your order number, photos, and unboxing video. If eligible, we will arrange a return and issue store credit upon approval.
Courier Pickup:
If courier pickup is unavailable in your area, return the product yourself for inspection and processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your items upon receipt. Report defective or incorrect items immediately for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items and premium range items, are non-returnable but are eligible for free replacements within 6 months.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, return the current product and place a new order for the replacement.
This policy ensures a smooth and transparent experience for returns and replacements.
